This policy explains what personal information Lumiqe Co. ("Lumiqe," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to lumiqeco.com and to the services we provide to our clients.
Information you give us.
When you fill out a form on our site, we collect the details you enter, typically your name, email address, business name, and anything you include in your message. We use this to respond to you and follow up about our services.
Client data we process for services.
When you hire us, you may share business data so we can do the work, for example, appointment and client records used in a Revenue Leak Audit. We process this data only to deliver the services you've engaged us for, under the terms of our service agreement with you.
Information collected automatically.
Like most websites, ours may collect basic technical data through cookies and similar tools, things like your browser type, pages viewed, and general location. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site; it may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed and general location. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve our services, send service-related messages and, where you've opted in, marketing emails, and meet our legal and contractual obligations. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in the email.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it. Client data we process to deliver a project is deleted within 30 days of the project's completion, unless you ask us to return or retain it, or the law requires us to keep it longer. Contact and inquiry details are kept as long as needed to serve you and for our ordinary business records.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, for example, email, hosting, or analytics providers, who may use it only to perform work for us, and with authorities or others when required by law or to protect our rights. The providers we currently use are Netlify (website hosting and our contact form) and Google (Google Analytics, and Gmail for email).
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct or delete it, opt out of marketing, and, in some states, opt out of certain data sharing. To exercise any of these, email us at LumiqeCo@gmail.com. We'll respond within the timeframe your state's law requires, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Our site may link to sites we don't control. This policy doesn't cover their practices, review their policies separately.
Our site and services are meant for businesses and aren't directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
